PLAYER DEVELOPMENT PROJECT

The PLAYER’S LAB project is the direct result of over 25 years of experience in the world of professional football.

PLAYERS LAB is what we believe to be one of the most advanced development programs for footballers in the football scene.

Even the strongest athletes are, first, human beings.

Taking a holistic and individual approach, PLAYERS LAB is dedicated to the 360° development of young football players, an approach that goes beyond football skills and includes physical, mental, and emotional aspects.

In fact, in each player, the physical-athletic, psychological, tactical-technical, and cognitive components constitute an integrated whole in which each part is not separable from the others.

The mission of Players Lab development program is to develop, support and empower exceptional people and players.

PLAYERS LAB distinguishes and blends the work with the person and with the athlete.

The project has a set of peculiarities that make it unique in its kind, including the study center, an international network of individual training centers, the 4FD methodology, the contents, the innovative technical equipment, the use of modern test and control technologies, the training, and the combined approach of Multilevel individual football teaching procedures with sports science, mental health and nutrition.

Our teams are composed of established professionals who have achieved important results at international level and are supported by specialized collaborators.

PLAYERS LAB offers young footballers 2 MAIN DEVELOPMENT PATHS:

This program is designed to develop and improve in young footballers between 10-18 years of age individual, cognitive, coordinative, conditional, technical-tactical, optical perception, speed of action and thinking skills, through the 4FD methodology methodology developed by our study center.

Generally, players that undertake the IPDE training course come from foreign football realities, almost always outside Europe, they practice competitive activities in their countries at semi-or professional level, if not professional however of a good level. In addition, the PLAYERS LAB project offers competent and selected parties the opportunity to become partners in the PLAYERS LAB PARTNERSHIP project.

COACH LAB is a training project.  COACH LAB trains and certifies “Global Education Coach” (GEC) which, in addition to purely football training, must possess 360 ° notions and skills.

 The project with COACH LAB is completed by the “MY COACH LAB CLUB” platform.

The “MY COACH LAB CLUB” platform is a specialized platform to support the technical work of the coach and help them enhance the development of their athletes.

The EVENT LAB project is specialized in the organization and promotion of sporting events with the aim of encouraging exchanges and relationships between sports clubs and between young players through the practice of sport and fun.
